Up to now, the project has been implemented for 4 months, the Site Management Board of Happy Dung Quat - Phase 4 project has completed 80% of the work. Dinco is rushing to implement the final works such as concrete pouring, workshop foundation, and steel work. With the current progress, Dinco is confident to finish the project 1 month earlier than contracted but still ensure the highest quality.

On the afternoon of June 25, 2022 at Sheraton Grand Danang Resort, Da Nang Investment Forum 2022 with the theme: "A year of safe, flexible adaptation, effective pandemic control, and economic-social recovery and development”, which was organized by the People's Committee of Da Nang City, attracted more than 600 domestic and foreign delegates and guests. Happy Furniture Phase 4 project was started by Dinco General Contractor on February 11, 2022 and expected to be completed on August 31, 2022.
