By the end of July 2022, the project of " VN Danang - Rental Building Hall 3 Electric - Draexlmaier Automotive – Phase 2” has completed 53% of the work volume (while only 45% of the time has passed). The team has completed the renovation of the roof ventilator of the Hall 3 Factory, and the reinforcement of the existing roof of Hall 3.

The "VN Da Nang – Rental Building Hall 3 Electric - Draexlmaier Automotive Vietnam" project (Phase 2) started in March 2022 by Dinco Engineering and Construction Corporation in the role of General contractor.

The implementation items include renovating the factory and office area with an area of 24,500m² and auxiliary items like motorbike parking, canteen...

The goal in August 2022 will be to complete the parking and put it into use, to complete the steel structure and cover of the canteen, and complete 80% of the construction and MEP work.
