On the morning of December 20, 2019, DINCO E&C solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony of Mapletree Logistics Project – Phase 5 in VSIP II, Binh Duong.
The project is invested by Mapletree Logistic Park Phase 5 Co., Ltd., a member of Mapletree Singapore, executed by DINCO E&C as a general contractor with the construction area of 6 hectares and the total contract value of nearly VND 500 billion, and construction period of 10 months.
The commencement of Mapletree Logistics Warehouse – Phase 5 has affirmed the position of DINCO E&C in the field of general contractor for industrial plants with foreign investors, and this event ended the year 2019 with brilliant success of DINCO E&C.
