On September 14th, 2024, DINCO E&C successfully held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Danang Landmark Tower project, which is invested by Cosmos Hosing JSC (Japan). The event was attended by Mr. Hồ Kỳ Minh, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee cum Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City.

Danang Landmark Tower is a luxurious apartment complex built to Japan's standards. It includes two towers: The PHOENIX with 31 floors and the DRAGON with 39 floors; two basements; 446 high end apartment unit and 8 shophouses.

The highlight of this project include its capability to withstand natural disasters, particullary storms with wind resistance up to 225km/h, eathquake resistance up to level 7, and it is ensured with the highest level of fire safety.
