On the morning of 27^th July 2018, Commencement Ceremony of Amann Vietnam Sewing Threads Manufacturing Factory project took place successfully at Tam Thang IZ, Tam Thang commune, Tam Ky City, Quang Nam Province with the attendance of representatives from the Owner – Amann Group, General Construction Contractor – Dinco Engineering and Construction and agencies from IZ Management Board, local authority.

Amann Group from German was established in 1854, specializing in manufacturing sewing threads for industries such as apparel, automotive, embroidery, home interior, shoes and leather… with the global scale. This is the second project of Europe standards that DINCO designed and built.

DINCO E&C applied BIM (Building Information Modeling) in the Design – Build – Manage of project, which provided the Owner with the 3D images right form the design stage, and help save the cost of excessive materials as well as manage the conflicts in both civil and MEP. In addition, DINCO consulted Owner in the procedures for obtaining the Construction Permit in order to ensure the Project to be constructed as schedule.
