Initially, the project only registered for the Golden Trowel Asia Contest. However, because of its outstanding result, the organizer automatically moved it into the Worldwide Golden Trowel contest. With a total FF + FL score of 211.6, the project not only won but also broke the world record for the FL Numbers and total score. The organizer described this as an astonishing and highest numbers in the category of Hand-Screeded flat floors.

The particularly remarkable and proud achievement is that the entire floor construction process was carried out manually without using Laser Screed machinery, further highlighting the exceptional craftsmanship of the construction team. 

The Winning 2024 Golden Trowel will be awarded at the World of Concrete event in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, on Wednesday, January 22, 2025.
